BrassCraft & Plumbshop Product Update

BrassCraft is announcing a change to the Plumbshop water stop product line - this change affects all Plumbshop water stop SKUs. BrassCraft will no longer include the outlet nut and sleeve with the water stops. The change does not affect product quality or performance. Over the coming months, customers may experience a mix of product with and without the outlet nut and ferrule. Please assure them that this is intentional and not a reason for concern. Please sell the product “as is”.

For installations requiring nuts and/or sleeves, BrassCraft offers a convenient 10-pack of compression sleeves (PN: 60-6) and 10-pack of nuts (PN: 61-6 C) available for purchase.

The Plumbshop website, catalogs, and sell sheets will be updated to reflect these changes. You will also see a mix of these items that include images with nut and sleeve as BrassCraft dwindles inventory. Please continue to use the BrassCraft Print & Promo Shop to order sales collateral.

In addition, BrassCraft is introducing three new BrassCraft SKUs to expand their bulk water stop offering. As a reminder, all BrassCraft bulk options are supplied without the outlet nut and sleeve.
