Mansfield Removes Coupling Nut from Tank-to-Bowl Kits

Mansfield has implemented a change in the components included in the toilet tank-to-bowl kits.

Historically, these kits included a separate coupling nut to accommodate rigid supply lines. After a thorough analysis, data indicated that the use of this component was extremely low, accounting for approximately 5% of installations. To streamline product offerings and reduce material waste, Mansfield has removed the coupling nut from these kits.

Given that the vast majority of installations are performed with flexible supply lines, please be advised that plumbers who still use rigid supply lines will now need to source a compatible coupling nut separately before beginning a new installation with a Mansfield toilet.

Please note that due to the transition and inventory levels, a portion of products may still contain the coupling nut.
