Newport Brass Integration Update: Ginger & Brasstech Brands

Following the successful launch of the Newport Brass rebrand, Newport Brass is shifting the focus to the product portfolio. After a thorough evaluation of the brands and products affiliated with Newport Brass, they have made the difficult decision to discontinue the Ginger and Brasstech brands. Ginger products will be discontinued in 2025, and Brasstech products will transition to Newport Brass in 2026.

Ginger Product Obsolescence:

Effective October 31st, 2025, products sold under the Ginger brand will become obsolete. For select Ginger models, Newport Brass replacement products have been identified and are noted in the Ginger Cross-Reference List. Effective immediately, MAP will no longer apply to obsolete Ginger models.

As a reminder of the Newport Brass return policy, discontinued products cannot be returned. Newport Brass will continue to support and warranty discontinued models. Ginger showroom displays should be disposed of in a sustainable manner.

Brasstech Product Transition:

In February 2026, Brasstech products will transition to the Newport Brass brand, providing a more comprehensive offering of fittings in their luxury brand. Additional information about the transition will be provided in the coming months.

Customer Communication:

By October 17th, 2025, Trade Customers who are able to purchase Ginger and Brasstech products will receive this letter.
