Delta Pauses Production of Westville Kitchen Pulldown

Delta Faucet Company recently experienced a component issue with the Delta Westville Kitchen Pulldown and has paused production of the 9110-DST in all finishes, effective immediately.

This impacts model number 9110-DST in all its finishes (listed below):

· 9110-DST

· 9110-AR-DST

· 9110-BL-DST

For new and existing open orders for the three 9110-DST SKUs listed above, please work with your customers to cancel these open orders, identify alternate models for their needs and move them to ordering the alternatives until further notice. For new and existing job quotes, alternative products should be quoted.

Please replace the 9110-DST Westville models with the suggested options below (all finishes) and coordinate the most appropriate actions for your open projects.

· Lenta (19802Z-DST)

· Coranto (9179-DST)

· Essa (9113-DST)

· Leland (9178-DST)

Delta’s production team is currently working to resolve the component issue. While timelines have not been finalized, it is estimated that resolution could take three to four months. The goal is to resume shipping by September 2026 and continue providing customers with the service they expect from Delta Faucet Company. We will continue to provide progress updates.
